Attorney Leon Boyajan II of Inverness, FL; repeat offender

The state of Florida presented Leon Menas Boyajan II with a law license in 1983.

The Florida Bar found Leon guilty of misconduct on several occasions as set forth below.

Leon’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  2. Failing to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  3. Failing to keep client reasonably informed about legal matter
  4. Failing to respond to client requests for information
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Leon by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

  2. Failed to reasonably expedite client’s legal matter
  3. Knowingly violated Rules of Professional Conduct
  4. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  5. Failed to abide by client’s decisions re: objectives of representation

As you can see, Leon engaged in the same type of misconduct over a period of at least nine (9) years. Put simply, disciplining Leon is an obvious effort in futility.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Leon by gifting him with a complimentary 10-day suspension of his law license.

If the comedians on the Supreme Court were truly interested in protecting the public from unethical and incompetent attorneys like Leon they would have disbarred him. Obviously they are more concerned with providing Leon with an opportunity to earn a dishonest living as an attorney then they are in protecting Floridians.

As we speak (ca. August 2012) Leon practices at 2303 Highway 44 West in Inverness, Florida.
