Attorney Donald Chisholm II of Philadelphia; repeat offender

 
The state of Pennsylvania presented Donald Chisholm II with a law license in 2000.
 
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Donald guilty of misconduct on at least two occasions.
 
Donald’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

 
In this case, Donald was found guilty of engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation. As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Surpeme Court punished Donald by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
Donald’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  1. Failed to file a required appellate brief on client’s behalf
  2. Failed to provide competent legal representation (moron)
  3. Client’s right to appeal dismissed due to Don’s gross negligence
  4. Failed to keep clients informed as to status of their legal matters
  5. Failed to comply with court orders
  6. Failed to respond to client inquiries
  7. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
At least two of Donald’s client’s were victimized by his gross negligence and incompetence. In both instances he failed to file required appeal briefs, which caused both clients to have their appeals dismissed.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Donald by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
 
Donald’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
  1. Failed to file a required appellate brief on client’s behalf
  2. Client’s right to appeal dismissed due to Don’s gross negligence
  3. Failed to respond to numerous telephone calls from client
  4. Failed to respond to written letters from clients
  5. Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
  6. Failed to keep clients informed as to status of their legal matters
  7. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  8. Failed to reasonably explain legal matter to client to afford client to make informed decisions
  9. Willfully engaged in a variety of misconduct
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Donald by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license. In truth, the comedians on the Court didn’t mete out any real punishment to Donald event though this was his third bite at the Misfit Tree.
