Attorney Kenneth Podor of Solon, OH; repeat offender
The state of Ohio presented Kenneth Charles Podor with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.
To supplement his income as an attorney, Kenneth owned and operated International Media Marketing (IMMI), which produced advertisements for legal services, and sells diet and exercise advice.
The Grievance Committee of the Cleveland Metro Bar Association in Youngstown found Kenneth guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter Kenneth represented Carla and Charles White in their personal-injury litigation. During the time he represented the Whites and prior to a settlement of their case, Kenneth gave them $19,800 through IMMI to pay for living expenses. Of course Kenneth absolutely knew this conduct was prohibited and that’s why he didn’t pay them from his law firm accounts.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Kenneth by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license. In truth, Kenneth didn’t receive any meaningful punishment from the comedians on the Court.
And this wasn’t Kenneth’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He had previously been found guilty of:
As a result of this misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Kenneth by gifting him with a stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Kenneth practices with the Podor Law Firm LLC at 33565 Solon Road in Solon, Ohio.
