Attorney Byron Kuxhaus of Southfield, MI; ethical leprechaun

The state of Michigan provided Samuel E. McCargo with a law license in 1974.

Tri-County Hearing Panel #80 of the Attorney Discipline Board found Byron guilty of the following misconduct
  1. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  2. Failed to seek client’s lawful objectives
  3. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  4. Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  5. Failed to respond to client requests for information
  6. Failed to explain legal matter to extent necessary to allow client to make informed decisions
  7. Failed to refund an unearned fee (crook)
  8. Knowingly refused to respond to request from disciplinary panel (Up Yours, said Byron!)
As a consequence of his conduct the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Byron by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. July 2012) Byron practices at 17288 West 12 Mile Road in Southfield, Michigan which is a suburb of Detroit.
