The State of Michigan provided Marlon Blake Evans with a law license in 1994.
 
Tri-County Hearing Panel # 57 found Marlon guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
  2. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to keep his client reasonably informed about the status of legal matter
  4. Substituted for appointed counsel w/o his client’s authority
As a consequence of his misconduct, the promoters of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Marlon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Marlon practices law with Marlon Blake Evans & Associates at 3434 Russell Street in Detroit, Michigan.
