Attorney Robert Ratiner of Miami; potty mouth bully 
The Florida Supreme Court presented Robert Joseph Ratiner with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Touro University Law School.
The Florida State Bar found Jorge guilty of the following misconduct.
Robert’s so-called winning strategy is to bully and intimidate anyone who sits on the opposite side of his litigation. And he’s more than happy to put forth foul comments at witnesses, etc. While Ms. Naylor was having her deposition taken, Bobby said “I wish the witness would quit scratching her crotch.”
Audree Burg was the court reporting during Ms. Naylor’s deposition. At the disciplinary hearing she testified that:
During the deposition Ratiner was verbally abusive to opposing counsel and Ms. Naylor
She found Ratiner’s behavior unprofessional, unacceptable and frightening
She considered the deposition the most memorable in her 20year career due to Ratiner’s conduct
In another exchange during Ms. Naylor’s deposition with opposing attorney Thomas Sherhous, Ratiner called him a Jew kike.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits in Florida sitting on the State Bar punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a 60-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (Jan 2012) Robert practices with Ratiner & Mirabal, PA at 3191 Aviation Way in Miami, Florida.
