Attorney Kevin Duffy of Thief River Falls, MN; moron, serial repeater

The state of Minnesota provided Kevin Duffy with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the Hamline University School of Law.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Kevin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

FYI: The Buffoons (my sincerest apologies to Buffoons) sitting on the Lawyer Regulation Committee that found it acceptable to provide Kevin with five (5) prior complimentary public admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct

Kevin’s 6^th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with competence (moron)
• Neglected communication in representing a client in a bankruptcy matter
• Engaged in additional misconduct including mishandling client costs
• Failed to refund unearned costs in several client matters

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand  

As we speak (ca. June 2026), Kevin practices his so-called brand of law at 1008 2^nd Street West in Thief River Falls, Minnesota.
