Attorney Jeffrey Luhrsen of Sarasota, FL; liar
The state of Florida provided Jeffrey Andrew Luhrsen with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Stetson University Law School.
The Florida State Bar found Jeffrey guilty of the following misconduct:
Jeffrey’s misconduct related to his publication of false and/or misleading advertisements, all of which were made in his zeal to expand on his future victim pool.
In another matter, Jeffrey had one of his office employee’s lend $4,000 to a client while that client’s lawsuit was still pending. This conduct is prohibited because the attorney’s financial interest is now in conflict with his/her client.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jeffrey by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Jeffrey practices with the Luhrsen Law Group at 7430 North Tamiami Trail in Sarasota, Florida.
