Attorney Alice Greene of Nashville, AR; ignoramus

The state of Arkansas presented Alice Ward Greene with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Alice guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (ignoramus)
• Failed to include in the motion to suppress she filed for her client
• Engaged conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Incompetence led to client’s conviction being overturned by appellate court

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Linda by gifting her with a complimentary 12-month suspension of her law license and a fine of $500.

As we speak (ca. October 2025), Alice practices her so-called brand of law at 219 North Main Street in Nashville, Arkansas.
