Attorney Adam Feldman of Phoenix, AZ; slacker

The state of New Jersey presented Adam M. Feldman with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Michigan School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Adam guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to adequately communicate with his client about sentencing-related matters
• In responding to questions posed by the sentencing judge, Adam did not accurately and fully inform the court of the extent of his and his client’s review of certain documents
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and he was assessed investigative costs of $1,200.00.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Adam fails to disclose the misconduct as set forth above on his self-serving website at www.feldmanroyle.com.  Apparently, Adam chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure he wouldn’t limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2025), Adam practices his so-called brand of law with Feldman Royel PLLC at 3200 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
