Appellate Judge Mary Eileen Kilbane of Cleveland; moron, lifetime porker  
The state of Ohio presented Mary Eileen Kilbane with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.
Since receiving her law license in 1987, Mary has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough. She began her undistinguished legal career as an assistant Cuyahoga County Public Defender. She then succeeded in duping the voters in Cleveland into electing her as a Municipal Court Judge. In 2004 she was successful in duping the voters in all of Cuyahoga County into electing her to the 8th District Court of Appeals. Obviously, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Cleveland area was about to offer her a well paying job.
While sitting as a judge on the Cleveland Municipal Court, a case came before Mary wherein a Cleveland police offer was charged with domestic violence after his wife said he struck her. She was treated at a hospital for bruises on her forehead, cheeks and jaw.
The wife beating case never proceeded to trial because Mary the Moron ruled that the officer didn’t have to stand trial as long as he spent one year in the Selective Intervention Program, a court-supervised program for first time offenders (wife-beaters).
Mary the Moron was rightfully criticized because the police officer had a long history of serious domestic violence complaints. The Prosecutor said domestic violence defendants are not usually admitted to the diversion program.
Due to Mary the Moron’s profound ignorance, the taxpayers were forced to pay for the costs of an appeal, etc. Since Judicial Misfits in Ohio are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Mary never faced any ethics charges for her conduct.
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Mary the Moron remains sitting on the Court of Appeals in Cleveland.
