Former Judge George Greer of Clearwater, FL; misogynistic moron  
The state of Florida provided George William Greer with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.
In 1991, George succeeded in duping the voters in Pinellas County into electing him to a seat on the Probate Court where he remained until he retired in 2011.
While sitting on the bench in Clearwater, Helene Ball McGee appeared before Judge Greer and told him that her husband Bobby McGee had forced himself on her sexually, burned her belongs and said she was possessed by the devil. Ms. McGee was seeking to have Judge Greer issue a protection order against her husband.
Judge Greer said he wasn’t convinced that the woman’s life was in imminent danger and turned down her request for an order of protection. The law has never required proof that one’s life is in imminent danger in order to obtain an order of protection.
Within two weeks of his denial of an order of protection, Mrs. McGee was found stabbed to death. Her husband was arrested nearby wearing camouflage clothing and a mask.
Had George the Misogynist comported his conduct with his oath of office, Ms. McGee likely would not have been murdered by her husband.
Of course George never had to answer for his deplorable conduct which clearly led to the untimely death of Ms. McGee. As a judge in Florida, he doesn’t have to be concerned with the consequences of his asinine rulings. Put simply, the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC) has never to my knowledge disciplined any Judicial Misfit for engaging in the conduct this type of outrageous conduct.
As we speak (ca. July 2012) George continues to practice in the Clearwater, Florida area.
