Attorney Nicole Abarca of Phoenix, AZ; shoplifting druggie

The state of Arizona presented Nicole Marie Abarca with a law license in 2013 after she graduated from the Arizona Summit School of Law.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Nicole guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Nicole was convicted of Facilitation to Commit Shoplifting, Class 6 felony
• Convicted of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Class 6 felony
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Nicole!)
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Nicole by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license and assessed investigative costs of $2,000.00. 

As we speak (ca. May 2025), Nicole practices her so-called brand of law at 201 West Jefferson Street in Phoenix, Arizona.
