Attorney Marlon Branham of Mesa, AZ; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented Marlon E. Branham with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Capitol University School of Law in Columbus, Ohio.

The Arizona State Bar found Marlon guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to disclose a fact necessary to correct a misapprehension known by the person to have arisen in the Knowingly failed to respond to a lawful demand for information from an admissions or disciplinary authority
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of some of the misconduct
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with his client
  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Upon receiving funds or other property in which a client or third person has an interest, Marlon failed to promptly notify the client or third person

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Marlon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Sal fails to disclose the misconduct as set forth above on his self-serving website at www.branhamlaw.com.  Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure him wouldn’t limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2025), Marlon practices his so-called brand with Branham Law Offices PC at 101 West Main Street in Mesa, Arizona.
