Attorney Henry Boaten of Topeka, KS; slacker

The state of Kansas provided Henry Osei Boaten with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Washburn University School of Law

The Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys found Hank guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

FYI: This wasn’t Hank’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Hank by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2024), Hank practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Henry Boaten PA at 1013 SW 10^th Avenue in Topeka, Kansas.
