Attorney Samuel McCloud of Cambridge, MN; moronic slacker

The state of Minnesota presented Samuel McCloud with a license in 1977 after he graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

FYI: Sammy is a serial offender who previously received seven (7) complimentary admonitions, one (1) reprimand, one term of probation and two suspensions for engaging in a variety of misconduct including being convicted for tax evasion.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Sammy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law while suspended
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Disclosed confidential client information
• Engaged in a pattern of failing to follow the rules
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2024), Sammy practices his so-called brand of law with The Law Office of Samuel A. McCloud in Cambridge, Minnesota.
