Attorney Mark Graham of Knoxville, TN; repeat offender

 

The state of TennesseeprovidedMark Steven Graham with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

Mark’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Failed to pay the expert as agreed and used a portion of the funds to pay his outstanding attorney fee

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

Mark’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Knowingly failed to comply with a court order (Screw you, said Mark!)
  • Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. June 2024), Mark practices his so-called brand of law at 8711 Sunfish Way in Knoxville, Tennessee.
