Attorney David Fulton of Signal Mountain, TN; ethical elf

The state of TennesseeprovidedDavid James Fulton with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Sanctioned by Bankruptcy Court for failing to properly file client documents
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Failed to act with candor towards trial judge
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. June 2024), Davey practices his so-called brand of law at 4819 Signal Forest Drive in Signal Mountain, Tennessee.
