Attorney Tarya Tribble of Riverview, FL; ethical misfit

The state of Florida provided presented Tarya Arnshelic Tribble with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Tarya guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct improperly delaying foreclosure litigation
• Twice during the foreclosure litigation, Tarya filed bankruptcy which stayed the foreclosure proceedings
• Both bankruptcies were subsequently dismissed
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Tarya by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs of $1,612.00.

As we speak (ca. June 2024), Tarya practices her so-called brand of law with the Tribble Law Center PA at 6328 US Highway 301 South in Riverview, Florida.
