Attorney Patrick Hyndman of Daphne, AL; slacker, loser

The state of Alabama and Tennessee presented Patrick Mattox Hyndman with a law license in 2012 after he graduated Samford University School of Law. 

The Alabama State Bar Association found Patty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his clients
• Charged and/or attempted to collect an unreasonable fee
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct that adversely reflects on his fitness to practice law
• Failed to properly supervise underlings
• Patty repeatedly advised his client that he was going to file the petition to open the estate but then failed to do so

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2024), Patty practices his so-called brand of law at 10558 Eastern Shore Blvd in Daphne, Alabama.
