Attorney Nicholas Wagner of Fresno, CA; repeat offender

 

The state of California presented Nicholas John Paul Wagner with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law in Los Angeles.

 

The State Bar Court Board found Nick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Nick’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to properly supervise his office staff
  • Failed to submit a request for dismissal of a client from a lawsuit client for approximately 3 years
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Nick by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

 

Nick’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Misconduct harmed significantly a client, the public, or the administration of justice
  • Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing.
  • Represented multiple clients with conflicting interests
  • Failed to obtain the informed written consent of each client regarding conflict of interests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Nick by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and assessed costs of $3,864.00.

 

As we speak (ca. June 2024), Nick practices his so-called brand of law with The Wagner Law Group at 1111 East Herndon Avenue in Fresno, California.
