Attorney Shawneequa Callier of DC; ethical misfit

The state of New York presented Shawneequa Lauren Callier with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from Georgetown University School of Law.

The Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Shawneequa guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to comply with attorney registration requirements

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Shawneequa by gifting her with a complimentary 7-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2024), Shawneequa practices her so-called brand of law as an instructor at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC.
