Attorney Sara Alpert of Fort Mill, SC; slacker, loser 

The state of New York presented Sara Olivia Alpert with a law license in 2018 after she graduated from the New York School of Law.

The Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Sara guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform work in immigration cases assigned to her as a law-firm associate
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Falsified various documents to conceal her failure to perform the required work
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in deceptive conduct involving H-1B visa applications

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Sara by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license. 

As we speak (ca. May 2024), Sara practices her so-called brand of law with the Schaeffler Group USA at 308 Springhill Farm Road in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
