Attorney Shmuel Klein of Mahwah, NJ; ethical leprechaun
The state of New Jersey presented Shmuel Klein with a law license in 1987. He is also licensed to practice in New York State.
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Martin guilty of the following misconduct, which was reciprocal based on his 5-year suspension of his law license in New York.
The New York Supreme Court suspended Samuel’s law license for 5-years for the misconduct aforementioned. However, the comedians sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court refused to reciprocate in kind and punished Shmuel the Loser by gifting him with a 90-day suspension of his law license.
It must be comforting for New Jerseyans to know that their Supreme Court is most concerned that Attorney Misfits not be denied the opportunity earn a dishonest living and not in protecting the public from losers like Shmuel and those of his ilk.
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Shmuel practices with Bleichman & Klein at 113 Cedarhill Avenue in Mahwah, New Jersey.
On his self-serving website at www.bleichmanklein.com Shmuel makes no mention of the misconduct aforementioned. I suppose if he did it would tend to limit his future victim pool.
