Attorney Michael Harrington of Boston, MA; moronic slacker

The state of Massachusetts presented Michael M. Harrington with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Villanova University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to seek client’s lawful objectives through reasonably available means
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary for client to make informed decisions
• Failed refund any advance payment of fee or expense that has not been earned (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2024), Mikey practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Michael M. Harrington at 10 Post Office Square in Boston, Massachusetts.
