Judge John Beamer of Kissimmee, FL; slacker, loser

Unfortunately, the state of Florida provided John Beamer with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Indiana University School of Law.  

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to issue timely rulings in cases while serving as a Circuit Judge for the Ninth Judicial Circuit
• Refused or otherwise failed to provide the monthly reports of cases you have under advisement as instructed by your Chief Judge, and as required by the Rules of Judicial Administration
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Knowingly engaged in inappropriate conduct

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Scotty by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. April 2024), Johnny continues to dispense his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a in Kissimmee, Florida.
