The New York Judicial Commission found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a Justice of the Junius Town Court, Seneca County.

Improperly sent a threatening letter to Ms. Silbernagel as a method of enforcing the oral agreement he had

Failed to uphold the Integrity and Independence of the Judiciary

Abused his judicial power
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Juridical Conduct Commission punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

Handled a small claims action involving a neighbor and long-time friend despite lacking subject matter

Rather than await an ethics investigation that may well have led to him being tossed off the bench, Stevie did what any cowardly Judicial Misfit would do, he resigned from the bench.
As we speak (ca. April 2024), it is rumored that Stevie has an application pending as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store at 1860 North Road in Waterloo, New York.
