Attorney Maya Flowers of Baton Rouge, LA; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Maya Guntz Flowers with a law license in 2011 after she graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Maya guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Mismanaged her client trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.   

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Maya.

As we speak (ca. May 2024), Maya practices her so-called brand of law with Guntz and Associates LLC at 2642 Cresthaven Avenue in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
