Attorney Nancy Garner of Santa Fe, NM; ethical troll
The state of New Mexico presented Nancy Ana Garner with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from University School of Law.
The Judicial Standards Commission found Nancy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
-
Made inflammatory and misleading statements
-
Laughingly claimed right to disqualify judges who had received COVID-19 vaccines
-
Nancyapproved a cease-and-desist letter sent to managers at Sandia National Laboratories that directed them to stop COVID-19 mitigation measures, even though they were represented by counsel
-
In litigation, Nancy filed an acceptance-of-service pleading asserting a “right to disqualify any judge who allowed themselves to be injected with an experimental gene therapy”
-
Called Supreme Court justices blind” or practicing medicine in the courts, “which is what their latest COVID-crap to come out of them is.”
-
Stated that: “A restaurant refused to make its employees wear a face-diaper (because after all, you are breathing in your own shit), nor be the Nazi brownshirt enforcing any of the tyrant’s latest rules.”
-
Said the governor “seized power with the glee of an adrenochrome addict.”
-
Called lawmakers “spineless tools.”
-
Said the opposing counsel was an “unethical opponent.”
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Nancy by gifting her with a complimentary censure.
As we speak, (ca. April 2024), Nancy practices her so-called brand of law at 1000 Cordova Place in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
