Former Philippine Judge Alfredo Ampuan; slacker, loser

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Alberto L. Lerma with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to render a decision within 90 days from the termination of trial
• Failed to issue order directing the stenographers to submit the TSNs after the complainant had manifested that the defendants had not filed their memorandum

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Al practices his so-called brand of law in Capul, Samar, Philippines.
