Natashka Manthen of Macatawa, MI; ethical troll

The state of Michigan presented Natashka Whittington Manthen with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from the Wayne State University School of Law.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #7 found Natashka guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct in violation of the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Engaged in conduct exposing legal profession or the courts to contempt or censure
  • Engaged in conduct contrary to justice, ethics, honesty, or good morals
  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Natashka by gifting her with a complimentary 120-day suspension of her law license and assessed investigative costs in the amount $1,344.49.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Natashka practices her so-called brand of law at 2337 Maksaba Trail in Macatawa, Michigan.
