Attorney Nah-Deh Simmons of Jacksonville, FL; ethical elf

The state of Florida provided Nah-Deh E. W. Simmons with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Miami University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Nah-Deh guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in multiple cases of neglect of client matters
  • Failed to communicate with his clients
  • Failed to appear at court-scheduled hearings on behalf of his clients
  • Failed to respond to orders to show cause issued by appellate courts (Up yours, said Nah-Deh!)
  • Lacked candor to the court in two separate cases

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Nah-Deh by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Nah-Deh practices his brand of law with in Jacksonville, Florida.
