Attorney Marla Brown of Los Angeles, CA; bigoted liar

The state of California presented Marla Anne Brown with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Southwestern University School of Law.

The State Bar was provided with the following facts regarding Marla’s misconduct that relates to social media posts and/or comments she made regarding the death of George Floyd that protestors should be summarily shot and executed, which are as follows.

Tweeted: “They need to be shot,” in response to Trump saying, “When the looting starts, the shooting starts.”

Tweeted: "Shoot the protesters.”

Tweeted: “Can’t wait. At least a reason to shoot them,” after another Twitter user said Washington, D.C., is about to “get overrun by antifa.”

Tweeted: “Yes and they should be shooting the looters” and “They should be shot.”

Marla also falsely identified herself as an “LAPD union attorney” on her Twitter profile biography even though she was never employed by the police union.

The ethics complaint also accused Marla of misrepresentation for the union lawyer claim, moral turpitude for directing others to commit violence, and criminal acts for trying to instigate rioting.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Marla by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court.
