Attorney Anna Schmaltz Mallory of Cincinnati; idiot liar

The state of Ohio presented Nancy Susan Schramski with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Northern Kentucky University Law School.

The Grievance Committee for the Cincinnati Bar Association found Anna guilty of the following misconduct.

Nancy was appointed to represent a criminal defendant regarding two separate indictments. Both cases were tried before a jury. The jury acquitted the defendant as to the first indictment and as to all but two charges in the second. As to the two remaining charges, the jury was hung. Nancy then advised the client to accept a plea offered by the DA that would have required him serve two years in prison; however, he refused the offer and was later found guilty at trial and sentenced to five years and five months.

After her client was sentenced, he filed a complaint with the Bar Association, claiming that Anna had engaged in a romantic relationship with him, and that the relationship had motivated Ana to seek an acquittal rather than a plea bargain so the two could be together.

During the initial interview with the ethics investigator, Anna denied the sexual nature of her relationship with her client. Subsequently, the investigator was supplied with tapes of over 50 hours of phone called between Ana and her client that were recorded by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department. Among the 110 half-hour recordings Ana and her client were explicit descriptions of sexual acts and professions of love. In at least three (3) calls, Ana requested and/or engaged in telephonic sexual activity with her client.

After the recordings were supplied to Ana’s attorney, the ethics investigator conducted a second interview of Ana in which she now acknowledged the sexual component of the relationship and admitted she’d discussed with the client the possibility of further pursuing the relationship following his release from the joint.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Anna by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2012) Ana practices law with the Mallory Firm at 810 Sycamore Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
