Attorney Christopher Boyman of Cranford, NJ; ethical elf

The state of New Jersey presented Christopher D. Boyman with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Chris’ First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary censure and a suspension for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Chris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Chris!)
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Chris practices his so-called brand of law in Cranford, New Jersey.
