Attorney William Sedor of Rochester, NY; ethical gremlin

The state of New York presented William James Sedor with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Syracuse University School of Law.

The Appellate Division Grievance Committee found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Failed to decline representation when required to do so
  • Knowingly made false statement of fact in representation of his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Billy practices his so-called brand of law at 31 East Main Street in Rochester, New York.
