Attorney Vincent Stafford of Cleveland; repeat offender

The state of Ohio presented Vincent Arthur Stafford with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the Cleveland State University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Vincent guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Unlawfully obstructed the discovery process before a domestic relations court
  2. Failed in his duty of candor (lied) toward a trial and appellate court
  3. Was uncooperative with disciplinary investigators
  4. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  5. Displayed disrespect for the assistant disciplinary counsel
  6. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
And this wasn’t Vincent’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for the enablers sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Vincent by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2012) Roger practices law at 917 Main Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
