Attorney Robert Swartout of Hartford, CT; ethical dwarf

The state of Connecticut provided Robert D. Swartout with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

FYI: This isn’t Bobby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
• Failed to file any discovery motions in the client matter
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Bobby!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. February 2024), Bobby practices his so-called brand of law at 999 Asylum Avenue in Hartford, Connecticut.
