Attorney Nancy Fisher of Springfield, MO; slacker, loser

The state of Missouri presented Nancy Fisher with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from St. Louis University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Nancy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to client information requests
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme Court punished Nancy by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license and assessed investigative costs in the amount of $1,000.00.

As we speak (ca. February 2024), Nancy practices her so-called brand of law with at 909 East Republic Road in Springfield, Missouri.
