Attorney Zoila Gomez of Lawrence, MA; ignoramus, slacker

The state of Massachusetts presented Zoila Marisol Gomez with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from Boston College School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Zoila guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to file court-ordered pre-hearing statement and brief with Immigration Court
• Client’s asylum application denied due to Zoila failure to identify the client’s inclusion in any particular social group
• Client appeal filed with BIC denied due to Zoila’s moronic citations to social groups that were never identified to the Immigration Judge
• Filed frivolous appeal with the Boston Immigration Court (BIC)
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Zoila by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2024), Zoila practices her so-called brand of law with Gomez & Palumbo LLC at 84 East Haverhill Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts.
