Attorney Doris Gelbman of Charlottesville, VA; ethical troll

The state of Virginia presented Doris Weston Gelbman with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from Richmond University of School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Doris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with candor when dealing with a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Doris by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Doris fails to mention the above misconduct on her self-serving website at www.gelbman-law.com. Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2024), Doris practices her so-called brand of law with Gelbman Law PLLC at 525 Meade Avenue in Charlottesville, Virginia.
