Attorney Henry McLaughlin III of Richmond, VA; slacker, loser

The state of Virginia presented Henry W. McLaughlin III with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Hank guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Hank by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
