Attorney Kirk Milam of Culpeper, VA; slacker, loser

The state of Virginia presented Kirk T. Milan with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Kirk guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Kirk by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Kirk fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.milamlawyer.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2024), Kirk practices his so-called brand of law with The Law Office of Kirk T. Milam PLC at 206 South Main Street in Culpeper, Virginia.
