Attorney Karl Lawnick of Perth Amboy, NJ; repeater, ethical elf 
The state of New Jersey presented Karl R. Lawnick with a law license in 1978.
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Howard guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Karl agreed to represent Kenneth Roginski in connection with a DWI charge. Roginski paid Karl $800; however Karl didn’t bother to tell him that law license was suspended.
In another matter, Annice Stromenger hired Karl regarding an auto accident. Karl filed a civil suit on her behalf; however the lawsuit was dismissed for lack of prosecution. Put simply, the dismissal was caused by Karl doing absolutely nothing on the case. Karl never advised Ms. Stromenger that he lawsuit had been dismissed nor did he tell her that his law license had been suspended.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Clifford by gifting him with a reprimand.
And this wasn’t Karl’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. On two prior occasions the comics sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Karl for engaging in a variety of misconduct by gifting him with a 90-day and 12-month suspension of his law license respectively.
As we speak (ca. July 2012) Karl continues to practice his brand of law in the Perth Amboy, New Jersey area.
