Attorney Francis Miniter of Hartford, CT; cheating loser

The state of Connecticut provided Francis Anthony Miniter with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Columbia University School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Frannie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to respond to client calls
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to maintain records of the maintenance and disposition of all client funds
  • Failed to maintain a journal identifying all client deposits into a trust account
  • Failed to promptly deliver to the client or third person any funds or other property that the client or
  • third person is entitled to receive
  • Failed to promptly render a full accounting regarding client funds
  • Entered into an agreement for, charged, or collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Frannie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2024), Frannie practices his so-called brand of law with Miniter & Associates at 100 Wells Street in Hartford, Connecticut.
