Attorney Mark McMackin of Ontario, CAN; ethical elf

The Law Society of Upper Canada presentedMark Randolph McMackin with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Hearing Panel for the Law Society of Ontario found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators in two matters (Screw you, said Mark!)
• Failed to promptly and completely produce all of the information and documentation requested by the Law Society’s investigator

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Mark practices his so-called brand of law with TMB Law on Simcoe Street South in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.
