Attorney Gregory Oltman of Bloomington, IL; slacker, loser

The state of Illinois presented Gregory Oltman with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Greg guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter
  • Failed to advise Spartan Recoveries and Root Insurance Company that a Madison County case was dismissed for want of prosecution
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to pursue client’s subrogation claim
  • Failed to effect service of client complaint on the defendant
  • Failed to appear at court-ordered status hearing on client’s behalf
  • Failed to comply with client information requests

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Greg by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. March 2024), Greg practices his so-called brand of law at 213 Fairway Drive in Bloomington, Illinois.

CAUTION: Greg does not carry legal malpractice insurance.
