Attorney James Skinner of Ontario, CAN; deceitful loser

The Law Society of Upper Canada presentedJames Andrew Skinner with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the Osgood Hall School of Law.

The Disciplinary Hearing Panel for the Law Society of Ontario found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• In making himself out to be an expert personal injury lawyer, Jimmy marketed himself in a manner that was likely to mislead, confuse, or deceive prospective clients
• Improperly marketed the provision of legal services as a personal injury litigation lawyer, that he did not in fact provide
• Rather than represent clients that contacted him, Jimmy referred all potential erly marketed on websites second opinion services
• Improperly advertised personal specialization in contravention of Rules of Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2024), Jimmy practices his so-called brand of law with IMAX Corporation at 2525 Speakman Drive in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
