Judge Clark Peterson of Coeur d'Alene, ID; ethical troll

The state of Idaho provided Clark Allen Peterson with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Idaho School of Law.

The Idaho Judicial Council found Clark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Clark’s 1^st bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Clark’s reporting of vacation and leave time contained numerous false entries.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Council punished Clark by gifting him with a complimentary forfeiture of seven days of vacation pay.

Clark’s 2^nd bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to alter or eliminate his practice of changing clothes in his chambers without properly securing them
• Kootenai prosecutor demanded that Clark be removed from all cases involving his office due to his filing of a sexual harassment complaint against Clark
• Two or more female deputy prosecutors stated when they walked into Clark’s chambers he was undressing and/or totally undressed
• Clarklet it be known that he favored attractive female defendants
• On Halloween, Clark appeared live in court as Darth Vader, walking out from his chambers with ”The Imperial March” playing on his cellphone
• Clark also found it acceptable to eat jelly beans on the record with felony defendants, asking them their favorite jelly bean flavor

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Council punished Clark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak, (ca. January 2024) Symons continues to sit as a Kootenai County Magistrate judge in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
