Attorney Robert Moore of Mentor, OH; slacker, loser

The state of Ohio presented Robert Lee Moore with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected client legal matter
• Failed to adequately communicate with his client
• Made false statement to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Bobby!)
• Failed to timely return client property upon termination
• Made false or misleading misrepresentations
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to protect client interest upon being terminated
• Failed to communicate to his client the basis or tare of his fee and expenses for which the would be responsible
• Failed to promptly inform his client of decisions or circumstances to which the client’s informed consent was required
• Failed to comply with client information requests

The only thing remaining is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Bobby by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. January 2024), Bobby practices his so-called brand of law at 8500 Station Street in Mentor, Ohio.
